Dr. Margot Weinstein is an international business woman, consultant and educator with over 30 years’ experience. She is CEO of MW Leadership Consultants LLC and Broker Associate, Metropolitan Real Estate Group Inc. Margot provides results-driven programs to help professionals succeed in the industry. She specializes in career techniques, leadership strategies, and real estate issues. Her programs provide a unique blend of insight she gains from her business experiences, her education, and from her interviews with hundreds of business leaders worldwide. Margot has presented her programs to professionals throughout the U.S., Russia, and China. Her clients include the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business, University of Helsinki, John Marshall Law School, and Cornell University. Dr. Margot is a Signature Series Speaker for the Commercial Alliance for the National Association of REALTORS®. Prior to Consulting, Margot was VP of a commercial real estate company, Kingston Group Inc., where she was responsible for overseeing all areas of the business. In 2001, she received a “Good Neighbors’ Award” as a co-developer of Silver Oaks by Chicago Association of Realtors®. Dr. Weinstein earned two masters’ degrees, and a doctoral degree from Northern Illinois University, and she is a member of the Kappa Delta PI International Honor Society in education. She holds the Certified International Property Specialist Designation (CIPS) and the Transnational Referral Certification (TRC). For the past ten years, Margot is a fellow and serves as Co-Chair of the Career Placement Committee for ARES, Director, the Chicago Global Business Council, Chicago Association of Realtors®, where she was 2014-2015 Chair. Margot is currently a professor for REALTOR® University’s MBA Program in real estate. Dr. Weinstein has written hundreds of articles, peer reviewed papers and 15 books. Margot has received three writing awards from the American Real Estate Society (ARES).
